Leadership
Veteran-owned and led
ORCA LLC is owned and managed by Joseph Finkenbinder, a U.S. Army veteran.
Joe served as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army.
He has led operations for more than 16 years across commercial service, construction, software, manufacturing, events, and food and beverage. He currently serves as the chief executive of a South Carolina plumbing services company. Earlier roles include operations leadership at a high-growth Charleston-area service company, advisory work helping a healthcare startup bring its product to market, director of a building-trades apprenticeship foundation, and support staff with the U.S. Department of State's Foreign Commercial Service.
He also brings an international perspective from extensive experience abroad in Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, Thailand, and China.
He holds a B.A. in International Studies, International Business, and German from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
